During the design phase, our engineers work closely with designers to insure that performance needs are harmonized with architectural requirements. We will propose a full list of design alternatives for louvers, sunshades or flood mitigation projects. The latest CAD systems are integrated with leading edge computer modeling programs to enable design staff to ensure that interface and performance parameters are met prior to entering hard tooling. We offer a wide array of product literature, specifications and drawing aids.

Sourcing & Manufacturing: As projects move from design through bid stages, our experience and attention to detail will guarantee accurate quotations, budget estimates, and schedule commitments. This experience becomes more essential as the project advances through fabrication and delivery. We have continuous calls with our suppliers' manufacturing plants to insure that all products delivery schedules and specifications are on track per your expectations. Airolite, our louver/sunshade supplier, has AMCA Standard 500-L certified testing provides the nucleus for ongoing performance based testing and is essential to its quality assurance programs. In the finishing phase, our suppliers utilize state-of-the-art, computer aided optical analysis systems to ensure accurate and reliable color matching.

Project Management & Installation: Leave the final solution to us! Project managers interface on a regular basis with manufacturers and installation personnel, reviewing all aspects of the project to assure a smooth and successful start-up. We give prompt attention to orders and we stay on top of things from product delivery to successful project completion. Our specialty are hard-to-do projects that require product knowledge, code compliance and intricate installation.

Maintenance & Repair: Since we have our own installation crew, we are able to provide our customers with the assurance that we will be around to repair any job, in or out of the warranty period. In addition, for our flood mitigation control products, we provide greater comfort and peace of mind with our annual maintenance audits and storm emergency installation (within 72 hours of notification).
